    I had a pretty comfortable stay overall. The room was spacious and the bed was super cozy, which made for great nights. The rain shower was an awesome touch, and I appreciated the friendly staff. Plus, that park right in front of the hotel was perfect for a morning stroll!

    Now, on the downside, the hotel is kinda isolated, and you’ll definitely need a car or a taxi to hit up nearby restaurants. The coffee shop didn’t open until 9 AM, which felt way too late for early risers like me. Oh, and those bikes they lend out? They really need some TLC—definitely not up to par!

    I recently stayed at this hotel for a relaxing getaway, and I was thoroughly impressed. The spacious rooms offered stunning river views, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony. The complimentary bicycles allowed for good exploration, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight with its delicious variety. The staff, especially Vicky, provided really good service that made our stay nice. The modern facilities and friendly atmosphere contributed to an overall enjoyable experience that I would definitely like to repeat.

    A Relaxing Family Retreat in Tainan

    The spacious Beautiful Japanese Room with Tatami was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the dim sum for lunch, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. For a great meal, check out local eateries, though they are a bit of a walk away.

    The indoor swimming pool on the fifth floor had fine coastal views, and the staff, especially mr hao, were helpful. They made arranging transportation easy. The hotel is also well-placed for exploring the city, a huge plus.

    We explored Anping, where we learned about the history of fishing traditions and the local market. The hotel offered amazing facilities and a helpful tour desk, made planning our activities easy. I definitely recommend checking out the pool area. It's perfect!

    The only downside was the slow service at the restaurant during peak hours. It took a while to get our meals, a bit frustrating after a long day of exploring.

    Extremely comfortable bed and well-equipped room enhanced our short stay, complemented by a lovely balcony. The attentive staff were very good, particularly Mr Hao, who assisted with transportation logistics. Although the Cantonese restaurant served tasty dishes, a few items were forgotten was good.

    The hotel's staff is always smiling and welcoming, and they even prepared a small celebration for our special occasion. the spacious room had many amenities, including good toiletries and a big comfortable bath. the breakfast has many options, including vegetarian ones and great coffee. the swimming pool was enjoyable.

    While some staff were friendly, not all of them were exceptional in their attitude.

    The room layout was great, rooms were quiet, tidy, comfortable, and clean. Swimming pool and gym were ample and modern. Customer service was superb, especially the helpful morning concierge. Breakfast selection was good, especially the delicious pork gua bao. Parking and check-in were easy.

    Nothing could have been better.
